Christmas Feast

Well, we were the Guest of Honor again this year at the pig roast ...which means, yes, we get the head!!! YAY!!

  1. I always save the pig's head when I roast whole hogs on my La Caja China. Lots of tasty meat, and it makes killer stock for red beans and rice!
