Tonight was one of the funnest nights I have had since we have been back. It also was one of the most spiritually challenging, uplifting and encouraging nights I have had in a long time. Our first church, LBC, had their annual Christmas Program and Dinner.
Sean was in the Christmas Play so I have been very active watching their practices and getting involved. I had no idea that it would be so good and such a blessing to so many tonight. The Play was just amazing. Their title was " Declare God's Glory Among All People"..which shared the need to share the Gospel to all people, no matter where we go, what we do..it should always be a priority in our Christian lives.
Each actor was responsible to create their own costume and they are so resourceful. For folks that do not have much, they are so creative and they looked incredible tonight! I just cried and cried.
I led the Cantata again this year and they did flawlessly. The special numbers were all a blessing, and the Christmas message was so convicting. We had new souls to come forward and accept the Lord. WOW, what a Christmas gift!
After the service, we had our gift exchange. Last month, we exchanged names and had fun seeing what everyone got each other!
