You do not want to be here right now! It is pure madness. It is the Dagupan Annual Bangus Festival where the streets are closed down and filled with people from all over the Philippines and lots of foreigners ( Koreans, etc). It is loud, crowded and stinky. They set up grills for miles and miles and they cook Bangus ( Dagupan's speciality fish) and other local foods.
