Today was hard. We had to take Sean to the dentist here in Manila to get a tooth pulled. The baby tooth was blocking the permenant, causing the permanent to come in crooked. So we had to get that baby one out of there. It wasnt too bad as the tooth was a bit loose already, but he was so scared. You can still see the tears in his eyes.
