Sean got really sick Wednesday, and was vomitting and weak. He then got a fever of almost 103. Ever since the whole Dengue Fever thing, we naturally get worried when anything like this happens. But, I had a peace this time that it was the flu. The flu bug was going around in our church and 2 of my students came to class Sunday with full-fledge flu, so Sean and I were exposed. I have a bad cold, but poor Sean..he got it full force! I praise the Lord that it passed quickly and it was just the flu and nothing serious. I tell you, after living here, you learn to praise God for flu bugs and "normal" illnesses like that. Lets see, since we have been here ( nearly 5 years now) between the 3 of us, have had Malaria, Hepatitas, Dengue fever, Viral Infection from Contaminated Water, the Mumps, UTI, Attacked by rabid dog, and that is just from the top of my head. We have been sick so many times, and there is no telling what all we have had. Anyway...the flu is minor league now.
