Nothing says Happy New year like illegal explosives! Yeah, New Years is LOUD here, since there is no restrictions or laws on firecrackers and explosives. Hand made ones, industrial sized ones,..you name it.. they are letting them off tonight! It is so loud, and forget about sleeping. But on the bright side, you will see lights and sights that are unexplainable. Of course, tomorrow the News will broadcast all the little children who got their arms blown off in the celebration....oh, the Philippines!
