Today was something that we needed. We broke away from Bolosan , which is something I need every month or so, and went to the cleaner, more cooler mountains in Baguio. Strawberries are only in season for a short 2 months or so, and we LOVE strawberries. We decided to head up to the strawberry farms and hand pick as many as we could. We ended up with ALOT. I like to cut them up and freeze them and then we can enjoy them in desserts all year long. Needless to say, our freezer is full now. We just had a nice time and really needed to clear our minds.
