I will never forget where I was 6 years ago, nor will any other American. I was holding Sean, nursing him when my mom called and told me to turn on the TV...the World Trade Center was under attack. That was a day none of us will forget, and it changed us all forever. There is just nothing good about this day.... even today, 6 years later...it has turned out to be a pretty bad day.
Sean woke up with a VERY high fever. My thermometer went dead and I have no idea how high, but he is flaming to the touch. I'm not too distressed about Dengue Fever or Malaria yet, as I feel he probably caught what I have. Viral Gastroenitis is highly contagious, and since we are so close, Sean was just bound to get it.
It hit me through the bowels, and it looks as if it is targetting Sean's stomach causing him severe vomiting. He wont eat anything, but is sucking on Popsicles ( again, I just appreciate the people who send things in the shipment...) and he just wants to sleep. I am monitoring him closely....and when Ferd gets home tonight, if there is no improvement, we will be going back to the hospital. I just praise the LORD that I am well now, and that Sean's sickness didnt hit at the same time as mine. God is so good and I want to praise Him even in the middle of the storm, becuase He doesnt always stop the storm, but He does help us through it.
